Who you list with matters! When you sell, you should be assured not only that your property sells, but that you’re not leaving any money on the table. My number one priority is to sell your home for the best possible price. I do this by employing an in-depth marketing strategy to make sure every qualified buyer in your property’s price range is aware of your property, giving us the opportunity to have more viewings, more offers, and allowing me the opportunity to negotiate up to the highest possible price.

My Commitment to My Sellers

  • I will provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (“CMA”) with most recent and comparable active, pending, and sold listings near your property.

  • I will educate you about the real estate market and keep you updated on any changes that I see from month to month.

  • I will give you seasoned advice regarding cost-effective improvements and help prep your home for sale. 

  • I will never pressure you to undertake any improvement. 

  • I will explain and talk you through all aspects of the marketing plan and I will give you expert advice regarding list pricing strategy (but you will choose the listing price).

  • I will cast a wide net by marketing on the MLS, real estate websites (Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.), social media, print media, and specifically target East Bay, San Francisco, and the South Bay.

  • I will host open houses and brokers tours to maximize your property’s exposure.

  • I will represent you and negotiate for you in order to sell your property for the best possible price. 

  • I will never pressure you to accept an offer that is unacceptable to you.

  • Once in contract, I will manage the transaction such that all timelines are honored. 

  • I will never represent you (the seller) and the buyer(s) in the same transaction. My commitment is to you and you alone. I cannot effectively represent your best interests if I represent both you and the buyer(s) as a dual agent.

  • I will be your trusted confidante.

  • I will negotiate for you the highest possible price.
