Buying a new home is no small feat! Even for the seasoned real estate veteran, there are so many ins and outs of the process that it can feel incredibly overwhelming. As such, it’s important to me that my clients understand my values and the expectations I hold for myself as they relate to our work together. As my client, you will always feel like a top priority because you will always be a top priority to me. I limit the number of clients I take on to make sure I have the bandwidth to give you my full support.

My Commitment to My Buyers

  • I will invest substantial time and effort in locating your new home, and will search for both on-market and off-market opportunities.

  • I will educate you about the real estate market and keep you updated on any changes that I see from month to month.

  • I will be open and honest about each real estate opportunity.

  • I will never pressure you to submit an offer you do not feel comfortable submitting.  

  • I will explain and talk you through all aspects of the offer process and I will give you expert advice regarding price and contingencies.

  • I will perform extensive research and stay in constant communication with the listing agent to gain as much insight as possible about any property for which you want to submit an offer.

  • If permitted, I will submit your offer in-person in order to best position your offer for acceptance.

  • I will keep you on-track to meet necessary contract timelines.

  • I will never represent you (the buyer) and the seller(s) in the same transaction. My commitment is to you and only you. I cannot effectively represent your best interests if I represent both you and the seller(s) as a dual agent.

  • I will be your trusted confidante and your biggest advocate.
